Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18th August 2023
My policy on privacy is simple: you have a right to privacy, and I promise to uphold that.
The Jem’s Mail Form site collects information from its users via various comment and sign-up forms, including but not limited to name and e-mail address. This information is collected to provide you with a service e.g. newsletter subscription and is entirely voluntary.
I will not give away, sell or trade your details without your consent except where required or authorised by law.
When you subscribe to site updates/the newsletter, your details are held by Campaign Monitor (my preferred email newsletter provider) who have an in depth Anti-Spam Policy and Privacy Policy.
I sometimes track visits to JemsMailForm.com to help diagnose problems with the server, and to administer and improve the website. Individual visits are not linked to an IP address or any personal information. These visits are tracked using Koko Analytics. Koko Analytics is a privacy-friendly analytics plugin; it does not use any external services, so data doesn’t leave my server. Furthermore, no visitor specific data is collected and you can easily opt out of tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings.
The website contains links to other sites. I am not responsible for the content or policies of third party websites.
If you have any questions about my privacy policy, the information I have collected from you or the practices of this website, please contact me: mail@jemsmailform.com
